Mailing lists

We have numerous mailing lists that you can use to get support. Please be aware that you will need to subscribe to the individual mailing list before posting.

For users we have openocd-user. Before posting, the archives for this list should be searched.

For developer related questions, proposals or bug reports, you can post to the OpenOCD development mailing list. Before posting, the archives for this list should be searched.

Previously patches were sent to the mailing list, the process has now changed in-line with the new Review and Build servers - see http://openocd.org/doc/doxygen/html/patchguide.html.

The repository tracking mailing list provides a log of commit messages to the repository, and it has its own archive. This list is read-only, except for commit messages from the repository system.
